Who is to blame for this latest failure? Well, there are plenty of candidates and hopefully more lessons will be learned rather than ignored, so maybe promotion will be next year?
In the meantime, there’s still plenty to read in this final issue for the 2023/24 season and still only £2 plus postage.

The front cover of CG242 is looking a bit gloomy as at the time of requesting it, Bradford City were on a long run of not winning league games and partly due to this and also the bad weather, the stated crowds of 16K were barely half that in reality.
The City Gent always tries to reflect the mood of the fans and during January 2023, for many fans, the mood wasn't great. However, within the contents of issue CG242 we've still managed to find some humour in the current situation and also there's plenty of reasoned thought and analysis. CG242 is another 64 page issue and still good value at just £2 plus p&p.
