The City Gent whilst being the voice of Bantam Progressivism is hopeful about the team's prospects in League One and whilst we're not expecting the drama of the kind that we saw during 2012/13, that really was a once in a lifetime season but with the new German owners and the return of Stuart McCall as manager, the 2016/17 season promises to be an interesting one.

As always the contents of each and every issue of The City Gent will reflect on what is happening both on and off the pitch at Valley Parade as The City Gent continues to be the oldest surviving football fanzine in the country.

Issue 201
We're back for another season of highs and lows following Bradford City. CG201 contains a look at the period from when the last season ended right up to the home defeat to Gillingham last week This issue contains 76 pages if you count the front and back cover, both inside and out. It is as large as we dare go these days. Any larger and it causes problems at the printers. When it came to putting this issue together it could have easily been another 16 pages longer. So, another bumper edition with plenty to read until the next issue comes out in mid-October
